- Continental U.S. orders under $75 ship $8.95 flat rate with free shipping over $75. Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after all discounts have been taken. When paired with a merchandise purchase, gift certificates do not apply towards the free shipping threshold.
- Alaska, Hawaii and non-continental U.S. Territory shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Both UPS and USPS rates are shown when available.
- Orders going to P.O. boxes are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. APO, DPO and FPO also ship via United States Postal Service; rates are calculated during checkout.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take up to 4 business days depending on proximity to Ohio (see map link below). At our discretion, we may also send via United States Postal Service.
- Please note that transit timelines do not include the day of shipment.
- UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day paid shipping options are also available. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be sent the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
