8 Elderberry Immune Tea bags

1 cup organic blueberries (blackberries optional)

1 cup organic lemon juice

Organic lemon zest from 1 lemon

Sweetener of your choice (i.e., monk fruit, honey)


1. Boil 1 quart of water and steep 8 tea bags, let cool.

2. Combine with lemon juice, lemon zest, and a bit of muddled blueberries.

3. Add sweetener to tastePour into molds, and drop a few berries in to bring the liquid level towards the top.

4. Cover, add sticks, and freeze.
